It’s Yummy Time

After our bible sharing last week we had a delicious snacks prepared by our friend Mary. There were lots of foods such as arroz caldo, biscuits, bread, spaghetti, banana cake and my friend Elma volunteered to grill chicken wings barbecue. The secret to make the barbecue more delicious is to marinate the chicken for at least two hours. It’s easy to prepare, very simple and in less than one hour you can taste the yummy barbecue. If you gain weight for eating barbecue this summer, don’t forget to take fat burners to maintain your body. It’s safe, all natural and affordable. Also it is advisable to exercise everyday or have outdoor activities like gardening, swimming and walking to the park.
