Cardiovascular Activities

The next challenge is about cardiovascular activities. These activities are good for the heart and to reduce blood pressure. This is good for me so I need to participate even one of this activities. We need to work up to 60 minutes of activity everyday even 10 minutes walk, 20 minutes of yard work and 20 minutes of cycling or skating. Then try to participate the following exercises: aerobics class, climbing the stairs, swimming, wheeling self in wheelchair, biking, dancing, tennis, skating, golfing, walking, yard and garden work and many more. If you can follow even one activities then it is more nice. Be active, stay healthy and physically fit.
