Challenge #1
Even though my number 2 here becomes number 1 but still I’m a little bit happy. I wish God will touch the heart of G and then add more number in my site. I’ll be happy for that. I will continue my exercise tips in here. Lets go to the number one challenge. The first thing to do is to walk to the park. It’s just simple and so easy to do. Maintaining a healthy routine is the most important aspect of your healthy challenge. It is also essential to only take on as much as you can comfortably handle at first. So, gradually you have to build up your strength and stamina. Make sure to start in slow, choose a time of the day that suits your best. Do a variety of exercise and do not give up if you miss one day or two. Just make it fun and be happy.
