Day 2

The challenge number 2 is more exciting. Clean up your living space. Your routine doesn’t have to disrupt your life. It should be part of it. Try doing simple things a little bit differently than you’s normally do like ditch the car keys and walk to the store or ride a bike. Clean more at home like vacuuming and gardening. Then take the stairs insted of using escalator or elevator. Play outside and go to your garden with your child or grandchildren and play with them.
