Energy

Sometimes you will say why my kid is very weak, lack of energy and sickly while the other children are not. Not only for children but also the adult like us. Well, the answer to that question is it depends upon the food and beverages you eat and drink.  The energy we take in comes from the food we eat and beverages we drink. The energy content of foods and beverages depends of the carbohydrates, fat and protein that each food or beverages contains. That’s why it is advisable for the children to drink and eat foods with carbohydrates, fat and protein. Energy also depends upon what type of physical activity your children have, the duration and intensity. Children or parents needs activities such as running, cross country skiing, swimming, cycling and many more activities that require more energy.
