Common Illnesses

We all know that coughs, cold and flu are the common illnesses this coming winter season especially for kids. Every winter I really experience this kind of illnesses. That’s why I prepare medicine for cough and colds. I drink a lot of juice, eat orange fruit and drink a lot of water everyday. I never eat sugary products and limit my salt intake too. As of now, I am healthy and didn’t experience the cough yet. Last month all of them here at home have cough and colds except me. I’m very thankful and hoping that I am away from those illnesses.
