Water Exercise
It’s summer time so it is good for us to spend time in the swimming pool. If there is a pool in your area try to have an acquatic class or go for a public swim. Water exercise is also exciting and more enjoyable. It is also known as aquatics. It is one of the best non-impact fitness activities around because the buoyancy of water reduces the weight of a person by about 90%. This means that the stress on weight bearing joints, bones and muscles is similarly reduced. Water exercise can encompass all of the components of fitness such as cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance plus flexibility.
